Art, from Latin ars or artem, the base of the word ‘artifice’..."art, skill, craft.” It is used in so many contexts...fine art, commercial art, the industrial arts, the art of selling, the art of conversation.

Philosophers have argued for centuries over the three simple words, “what is art?” I will not pretend I can answer that, but I can tell you that I take pride in the art in my work, whether I am creating a black and white newspaper ad, or a colorful illustration, or a logo, or a painting.
